NOTICE/INVITATION TO PARTICIPATE
To the attention of interested economic operators
Târgu Mureș Social Assistance Department, with registered office in Târgu Mureș, Gheorghe Doja Street no. 9, postal code 540015, as contracting authority, hereby announces to interested economic operators that it intends to purchase "Catering services" for children benefiting from the services offered by the Rozmarin Day Centre, CPV code and name 55520000-1 Catering services, services provided for in Annex 2 to Law No 98/2016 on public procurement, pursuant to Article 68 para. (1) letter h) and art. 111 par. (1) of Law no. 98/2016 on public procurement, as amended and supplemented, by means of an off-line tender selection procedure.
Estimated minimum value: 97.324,77 lei without VAT
Estimated maximum value: 337,064.22 lei without VAT
Award criteria: best value for money
The contracting authority invites interested economic operators to submit a tender for the purchase of "Catering services" for children benefiting from the services offered by the Rozmarin Day Centre, at the headquarters of the Social Assistance Department of Targu Mures, Gheorghe Doja Street no. 9, room 8 - Registry Office, in a sealed and stamped envelope, on which will be written:"Offer for Catering services", or by e-mail to: registratura.das@tirgumures.ro, until 17.04.2024 at 14:30.
Interested economic operators are requested to submit their tenders on the basis of the Tender Documentation which can be accessed and downloaded from the websites: https://dastgmures.ro/,https://e-licitatie.ro/pub/adv-notices/list/1 or www.tirgumures.ro which includes:
- Instructions for tenderers;
- Specifications;
- Form;
