DIRECȚIA DE ASISTENȚĂ SOCIALĂ TÂRGU MUREȘ is organising a recruitment and selection procedure for staff to be employed on a fixed-term basis outside the organisation chart
1.Project name : "Integrated approach to poverty and social exclusion for the benefit of marginalized communities in the municipality of Targu Mures", project financed by non-reimbursable external funds, implemented by the Social Assistance Department of Targu Mures.
2.Number and type of post :
- 3 posts - provision of social services in the day centre for minors and implementation of POCU project 152430
- 1 post Educator - 4 hours/day
- 1 post Psychopedagog - 4 hours/day
- 1 post Psychologist - 8 hours/day
4.Job requirements :
Duration of employment : - Fixed-term 9 months, 168 hours/month according to the requirements and needs of the grant contract

Job description, job responsibilities/General and specific mandatory conditions imposed in the job description/Duties:
4.1. Educator - Involved in A3 implementation.4, with the following minimum tasks: *ensures the formal and informal education activity in the centre *participates in the children's acquisition of independent life skills *plans and designs instructional-educational activities by analysing and following the learning plan and the appropriate curriculum *establishes the offer of extracurricular activities, designs and develops the curriculum for extracurricular activities *develops methodical activities with children, actively involves children in the instructional-educational process elaborates and applies evaluation tools *participates in the events organized within the project according to the planning; etc
4.2. Psycho-pedagogue - Involved in the implementation of A3.4, with the following minimum tasks: * Vocational assessment, educational level, level of social integration of the beneficiaries of the centre. *Developing and carrying out personalized psycho-pedagogical programs established for each child enrolled in the Day Centre *Participating in the events organized within the project according to the planning carried out; *Ensuring the presence of the beneficiaries and drawing up the working documents, etc.
4.3. Psychologist - Involved in the implementation of A3.4, with the following minimum tasks: * Psychological assessment of the abilities and level of social integration of the beneficiaries of the centre. * Development and implementation of personalised therapeutic programmes established for each child enrolled in the Day Centre * Recruitment,
involve and ensure the maintenance in the project of people from the target group *ensure the presence of beneficiaries and the drafting of working documents within the project

- 1 post Educator - higher education, social and human sciences
- 1 post Psychopedagogue - graduate studies, social and human sciences
- Psychologist - higher education, socio-human sciences
5.Evaluation criteria and evidence for selection
Criteria: the level of education and training, previous experience similar to the job or skills demonstrating the applicants' ability to perform the tasks in the job description (competence, experience) will be considered.
Interview: tests the theoretical knowledge required for the post for which the selection is being organised, communication skills, analysis and synthesis skills, skills required by the position, motivation, behaviour in crisis situations.
The interview will be conducted according to the interview plan drawn up by the Recruitment and Selection Committee on the day of the interview, based on the assessment criteria.
The maximum score is 100 points. Candidates must obtain a minimum of 60 points to be declared admitted. The candidate with the highest score is considered admitted.
6.Documents required for application to the recruitment and selection process :
(a) application form for the recruitment and selection process (standard application form attached to the recruitment and selection notice - it will contain the title of the post for which you are applying);
(b) CV, dated and signed on each page, in Europass format, stating the project and the post applied for;
c) copies of the original identity card or any other document proving identity, as required by law, where applicable;
d) certified copies of identity documents and educational documents (certification will be made by comparison with the original documents by the secretary of the committee);
e) original certificates/diplomas/certificates attesting to the completion of specialisations (originals are required for certification);
f) supporting documents attesting to seniority in employment and/or in the field of study, respectively attesting to the specific professional experience required for the post (e.g. certificates of seniority in employment and in the field of study, employment contracts, job descriptions, recommendations, etc...), copies of the original;
g) criminal record or a sworn statement that he/she has no criminal record that would make him/her incompatible with the post for which he/she is applying; the criminal record must be produced by the successful candidate within 10 working days of the publication of the final result of the recruitment and selection process;
h) a medical certificate attesting to the candidate's state of health issued no more than six months before the recruitment and selection procedure by the candidate's family doctor or by the competent health units;
(i) statement of availability of time allocated.

9.Time limit and procedure for appealing against the decision of the selection committee :
Any appeals must be submitted within 24 hours of the publication of the results of the recruitment and selection process, except in the case of compulsory rest days (Saturday and Sunday), in which case the deadline is extended to the first working day following publication. Appeals must be submitted to the Social Welfare Department of Târgu Mureș, Târgu Mureș, str.Gheorghe Doja, nr.9.
