Draft decisions of the Local Council proposed for approval

In accordance with the provisions of Article 7 of Law No 52/2003 on transparency in decision-making in public administration, republished, the following draft normative act is brought to the attention of the public:

The draft decision on approval of the Annual Action Plan for social services administered and financed from the budget of the Târgu Mureș Local Councilfor the year 2023,

 The above-mentioned draft decision with the basic documentation can be consulted:

• on the website of Târgu Mureș Municipality  www.tirgumures.ro/AdministractionLocal Council/Decisional Transparency (normative acts)   
• at the institution's headquarters, P-ța Victoriei, nr.3 (notice board)
• a copy of the draft regulatory act can be obtained on request from the Public Relations Department

Proposals, suggestions, opinions with recommendations on the draft legislative act subject to public consultation may be submitted by 24 March 2023 based on the recommendation collection form:

1. at the institution's Registry in Târgu Mureș, P-ța Victoriei, nr.3;
2. as an electronic message to infopublic@tirgumures.ro

Recommendation form can be downloaded from the institution's website, www.tirgumures.ro/Local Government/Local Council/ Decision-making Transparency (normative acts)/Recommendation form or can be collected from the institution's headquarters: P-ța Victoriei, nr.3, room 13 - Public Relations Service.

Materials transmitted shall bear the words:

Proposals for public debate on the draft legislative act: Project by decision on  approval of the Annual Action Plan for social services administered and financed from the budget of the Târgu Mureș Local Councilfor the year 2023,

Proposals submitted will be published on the website of the Municipality of Târgu Mureș www.tirgumures.ro /Local government/Local council/ Decision-making Transparency (normative acts)/Proposals, suggestions, opinions with recommendation value

For those interested, there is also the possibility of organising a meeting for a public debate on draft legislation, if requested in writing by a legally constituted association or other public authority by 24 March 2023.
