{"id":1959,"date":"2022-10-21T11:25:58","date_gmt":"2022-10-21T11:25:58","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/dastgmures.ro\/?page_id=1959"},"modified":"2022-11-27T15:03:41","modified_gmt":"2022-11-27T15:03:41","slug":"legislatie","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/dastgmures.ro\/en\/about-institution\/legislation\/","title":{"rendered":"Legislation"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The Social Assistance Department of Targu Mures operates under the legal provisions of:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">HCL no. 222\/30.08.2018 on the approval of the reorganization of the Public Service of Social Assistance T\u00eergu Mure\u0219 into the Directorate of Social Assistance T\u00eergu Mure\u0219, with legal personality, the corresponding modification of the organizational structure, the approval of the organization chart, the number of staff and the list of functions;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Law No 292\/2011 Social Assistance Act, as amended;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Decision No 797\/2017 approving the regulations - a framework for the organisation and functioning of public social assistance services and the indicative staff structure;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Law No 197\/2012 on quality assurance in the field of social services, as amended;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Decision No 118\/2014 approving the methodological rules for the application of the provisions of Law No 197\/2012 on quality assurance in the field of social services, as amended and supplemented;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">H.G. no. 867\/2015 for the approval of the Nomenclature of social services, as well as the framework regulations for the organization and functioning of social services, with subsequent amendments and additions;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Order No 29\/2019 approves the minimum quality standards for the accreditation of social services for the older people, the homeless, young people who have left the child protection system and other categories of adults in need, as well as for services provided in the community, integrated services and social canteens;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Order No 27\/2019 approving the Minimum Quality Standards for day social services for children;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Law No 272\/2004 on the protection and promotion of the rights of the child, as amended and supplemented;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Law No 448\/2006 on the protection and promotion of the rights of persons with disabilities, as amended and supplemented;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Decision no. 268\/2007 approving the Methodological Norms for the application of the provisions of Law no. 448\/2006 on the protection and promotion of the rights of persons with disabilities, with subsequent amendments and additions;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Law 17\/2000, republished, on social assistance for the older people, republished, with subsequent amendments and additions;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Law No 416\/2001 on guaranteed minimum income, as amended;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Law No 277\/2010 on family support allowance, as amended and supplemented;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Law No 208\/1997 on social welfare canteens, as amended;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Law No 226\/2021 on the establishment of social protection measures for vulnerable energy consumers, as amended;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">GEO No 57\/2019 on the Administrative Code, as amended and supplemented;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Law no. 53\/2003 Labour Code, as amended;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Other special laws are in force.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The Social Welfare Department of Targu Mures carries out its activity on the basis of the legal provisions of: HCL no. 222\/30.08.2018 on the approval of the reorganization of the...<\/p>","protected":false},"author":1,"featured_media":0,"parent":2073,"menu_order":0,"comment_status":"closed","ping_status":"closed","template":"","meta":{"footnotes":""},"class_list":["post-1959","page","type-page","status-publish","hentry"],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v19.13 -
