font-family: var(--pchead-font); letter-spacing: 0px; background-color: var(--pcbg-cl);\">Required documents<\/b><span style=\"color: var(--pcheading-cl); font-family: var(--pchead-font); letter-spacing: 0px; background-color: var(--pcbg-cl); font-weight: 400;\"> the socio-economic assessment process for admission to a care and social assistance centre<\/span><\/h2><p>The initial assessment of the Social Assistance Directorate of Targu Mures starts when the following documents are in place:<\/p><p>- Application for the preparation of a social enquiry with a view to admission to a care and assistance centre containing the following: name, surname, address, telephone number and signature of the applicant and the date of application;<\/p><p>- Identity card (copy);<\/p><p>- Pension coupon (copy);<\/p><p>\u00a0- Recommendations and\/or assessments of the family doctor\/specialist (in copy);<\/p><p>\u00a0- Medical certificate\/medical certificate (copy);<\/p><p>\u00a0- Other documents (if applicable).<\/p><h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Procedura_privind_intocmirea_anchetei_sociale_in_vederea_internarii_intr-un_centru_de_ingrijire_si_asistenta_sociala_a_persoanelor_varstnice_care_se_adreseaza_Directiei_de_Asistenta_Sociala_Targu_Mures\"><\/span><b style=\"color: var(--pcheading-cl); font-family: var(--pchead-font); letter-spacing: 0px; background-color: var(--pcbg-cl);\"><strong>Procedure\u00a0<\/strong><\/b>on the drawing up of a social survey for the admission to a care and social assistance centre of elderly people who apply to the Social Assistance Directorate of Targu Mures<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2><p>The standard application form, filled in by the elderly person or by his\/her representative\/family member\/other person, as the case may be, in the case of the elderly person who is not mobile, shall be submitted to the Social Assistance Department of T\u00e2rgu Mure\u0219, Gheorghe Doja Street, no. 9, room 8 (Registration) or online at the e-mail address:\u00a0<a href=\"mailto:registratura.das@tirgumures.ro\">registratura.das@tirgumures.ro<\/a>.<\/p><p>The applications, accompanied by the necessary documents stipulated above, will be taken by the inspectors of the Department for Adults and Elderly Persons.<\/p><p>A team of two inspectors will go to the applicant's home to assess the socio-medical situation in order to draw up the social inquiry.<\/p><p>After the initial assessment, the inspectors of the Department for Adults and the Elderly will draw up the social enquiry, which will be handed to the elderly person, accompanied by <strong>list of care and assistance centres in Mures county.\u00a0<\/strong>From the list provided, the beneficiary will choose the social service provider they want and then contact them.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section class=\"penci-section penci-disSticky penci-structure-10 elementor-section elementor-top-section elementor-element elementor-element-7c03041 elementor-section-boxed elementor-section-height-default elementor-section-height-default\" data-id=\"7c03041\" data-element_type=\"section\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-container elementor-column-gap-default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"penci-ercol-100 penci-ercol-order-1 penci-sticky-ct    elementor-column elementor-col-100 elementor-top-column elementor-element elementor-element-d82b37a\" data-id=\"d82b37a\" data-element_type=\"column\">\n\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-wrap elementor-element-populated\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-05e3d9f elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"05e3d9f\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Centre_de_ingrijire_si_asistenta_sociala_de_stat_din_Judetul_Mures_prin_DGASPC_Mures\"><\/span>State care and social assistance centres in Mures County (through D.G.A.S.P.C.
