resolution of community problems in the field of child, family and single person protection is ensured by <strong>Child and Family Protection Office of the Special Protection Service.<\/strong><\/p><h3><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Principalele_atributii_si_competente\"><\/span>Main tasks and powers<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3><ul><li>It monitors and analyses the situation of children in the administrative-territorial unit, as well as the way in which children's rights are respected, centralising and summarising relevant data and information, on the basis of a monitoring sheet approved by order of the Minister of Labour and Social Justice;<\/li><li>It supports access to child or mother and child welfare institutions and assesses how their rights are respected;<\/li><li>Carries out work to prevent the child from being separated from his\/her family;<\/li><li>Identifies and assesses situations requiring services and\/or benefits to prevent separation of the child from his\/her family;<\/li><li>Provides advice and information to families with dependent children on their rights and obligations, on children's rights and on locally available services;<\/li><li>Ensures and monitors the implementation of measures to prevent and combat alcohol and drug abuse, prevent and combat domestic violence and delinquent behaviour;<\/li><li>Regularly visits families and children receiving services and benefits at home and monitors the use of benefits, as well as families caring for children with parents working abroad;<\/li><li>It monitors the child's development and the way in which the child's parents exercise their rights and fulfil their obligations in relation to the child who has benefited from a special protection measure and has been reintegrated into the family;<\/li><li>It cooperates with the Directorate-General for Social Assistance and Child Protection in the field of child protection and sends it all the data and information requested in this area;<\/li><li>It monitors the implementation of the decisions of the child protection commission\/guardianship body concerning the provision of work or work of local interest by the parents who are fit for work during the period of application of the special protection measure.<\/li><li>Identifies children and families in situations of difficulty such as abandonment, domestic violence, abuse, truancy\/ dropping out of school, deviant behaviour, )<\/li><li>It assesses situations requiring the provision of services and\/or benefits;<\/li><li>Ensures the preparation of the service plan for children who are at risk following the completion of the risk identification sheet and observation sheet;<\/li><li>Monitor the implementation of the<\/li><li>It assesses the socio-economic situation of the child's biological family in order to evaluate the possibility of reintegration into the family;<\/li><li>Draws up the service plan and monitors the child's situation according to the objectives contained in the service plan, after the child's reintegration into<\/li><li>Provides counselling for truant children, working with schools to prevent and combat dropout and truancy;<\/li><li>Resolve complaints received from the institution's employees on cases of violence against children, identified by them in the course of their work<\/li><li>Liaises with various public services or other institutions with responsibilities in the field of social protection,<br \/>collaborates with various institutions in the municipality of T\u00e2rgu Mure\u0219 and Mure\u0219 County (Mure\u0219 Municipal Police, County Emergency Clinical Hospital, Obstetrics and Gynaecology Hospital, DGASPC Mure\u0219, Mure\u0219 County School Inspectorate, educational establishments, CJRAE, Guardianship Authority Service, Mure\u0219 Court, SPCLEP Mure\u0219) and in the country, in order to solve cases in progress or to apply the legislation in the best possible way<\/li><li>Develops partnerships on the basis of collaboration agreements and collaborates with non-governmental organisations and other representatives of civil society in order to provide and diversify social services, according to local needs, for people with disabilities, elderly people, single people, children and families in need;<\/li><li>Performs any other duties provided for by the legal regulations in force.<\/li><\/ul><p><strong>Child and Family Protection Office of the Special Protection Service, <\/strong>pays special attention to the phenomenon of \"street children\", assesses, monitors families with minors who turn to the mercy of the public and offers support in order to provide benefits and services, recommends special protection measures if necessary, taking into account the best interests of the child which prevails in decisions concerning minors under Law No. 272\/2004 on the promotion of children's
