style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">on the protection and promotion of the rights of persons with disabilities <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">with subsequent amendments and additions.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">In order to obtain the social inquiry, the applicant (the person concerned, if applicable, his\/her family, legal representative, personal assistant, any person representing him\/her) shall submit the application form with the necessary documents to the Social Welfare Department of Targu Mures.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The social inquiry is carried out at the person's\/the minor's home by a committee of two inspectors from the department, establishing the status and social context in which the person lives.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">&nbsp;The original of the social survey will be handed to the applicant on signature.
