61\/1993 on State child allowance as amended;<\/li><li>GD no. 577\/2008 for the approval of the methodological norms for applying the provisions of Law no. 61\/1993 on the state allowance for children, as well as for the regulation of the modalities of establishment and payment of the state allowance for children..<\/li><\/ul><h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Beneficiari\"><\/span>Beneficiaries<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2><p>The state child allowance is granted to all children up to the age of 18, Romanian citizens, without discrimination, as well as to young people who have reached the age of 18 and are attending secondary or vocational education organised under the law until they complete their education.<br \/>Under the law, children of foreign citizens and children of non-citizens residing\/resident in Romania are entitled to state child allowance if they live with their parents.<\/p><p>The state child allowance is set at:<br \/>a) 719 lei\/month for children up to the age of 2 years, respectively 3 years in the case of disabled children;<br \/>b) 292 lei\/month for children between 2 and 18 years of age and for young people who have reached the age of 18 and are in secondary or vocational education;<br \/>c) 719 lei\/month for children between 3 and 18 years of age in the case of disabled children.<\/p><h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Acte_necesare_pentru_acordarea_alocatiei_de_stat_pentru_copii\"><\/span>Documents required for the State child allowance<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2><p>The legal representative (applicant) must be domiciled\/resident\u00a0<strong>mandatory<\/strong>\u00a0in T\u00e2rgu Mure\u0219.<\/p><ul><li><strong>Standard application<\/strong>;<\/li><li>Identity documents of both parents of the child\u00a0<strong><em>(originals and xerox copies);<\/em><\/strong><\/li><li>Child's birth certificate\u00a0<strong><em>(original and xerox copy);<\/em><\/strong><\/li><li>Certificatul de c\u0103s\u0103torie;<\/li><li>For payment of the state allowance into a bank
