style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Prezenta metodologie are la baz\u0103 prevederile HCL nr. 123 din 28 mai 2026 privind acordarea unui sprijin financiar pentru nou-n\u0103scu\u021bii din T\u00e2rgu Mure\u0219, sub form\u0103 de tichete pe suport electronic \u00een valoare total\u0103 de 1.500 lei\/nou-n\u0103scut.<\/span><\/p><h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Conditii_de_acordare_a_sprijinului_financiar_pentru_nou-nascuti_din_Targu_Mures_sub_forma_de_tichete_pe_suport_electronic_in_valoare_totala_de_1500_leinou-nascut\"><\/span>Condi\u021bii de acordare a sprijinului financiar pentru nou-n\u0103scu\u021bi din T\u00e2rgu Mure\u0219, sub form\u0103 de tichete pe suport electronic \u00een valoare total\u0103 de 1.500 lei\/nou-n\u0103scut<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">To receive financial support for newborn babies <\/span><b>in the form of <\/b><b>pe\u00a0<\/b><b style=\"color: inherit; font-family: inherit; font-size: inherit; text-align: inherit; background-color: var(--pcbg-cl);\">electronic support<\/b><span style=\"color: inherit; font-family: inherit; font-size: inherit; text-align: inherit; background-color: var(--pcbg-cl);\">, the following conditions must be met:<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">1) Parents\/parents of the newborn child\/children with residence of both parents or of the parent in case of single parent family in the municipality of T\u00e2rgu Mure\u0219;<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">2) Parents\/parents of the newborn child\/children with residence of both parents or of the parent in case of a parent family in the municipality of T\u00e2rgu Mure\u0219, at least six months before the birth of the child;<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">3) Have applied to the financial support for newborns <\/span><b>the <\/b><b>form of <\/b><b>electronic vouchers <\/b><b>\u00een valoare total\u0103 de 1.500 lei\/nou<\/b><b>&#8211;<\/b><b>born <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">in<\/span> <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">termen de maxim 90 de zile calendaristice de la data na\u0219terii copilului.<\/span><\/p><h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Acte_necesare\"><\/span>Required documents<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2><ul><li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Standard application, as attached;<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Parents' identity papers (original and copy) or the parent in case of single parent family;<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Child's birth certificate (original and copy);<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Other, as appropriate.<\/span><\/li><\/ul><h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Depunerea_cererii\"><\/span>Submission of the application<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2><ul><li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Cererea, completat\u0103 de c\u0103tre unul dintre p\u0103rin\u021bii copilului, \u00eenso\u021bit\u0103 de actele doveditoare, se vor depune la sediul Direc\u021biei de Asisten\u021b\u0103 Social\u0103 T\u00e2rgu Mure\u0219, str. Gheorghe Doja, nr. 9, camera 8 (Registratur\u0103) sau pe e-mail la adresa registratura.das@tirgumures.ro;<\/span><\/li><li>In the case of submission at the Social Welfare Department of T\u00e2rgu Mure\u0219, civil status documents (identity documents, birth certificates) will be certified for conformity with the original by the responsible persons from the Social Welfare Service;<\/li><li>La \u00eenm\u00e2narea tichetelor pe suport electronic se va prezenta actul de identitate \u00een original;<\/li><li>\u00cen cazul transmiterii prin coresponden\u021b\u0103 electronic\u0103, cererile incomplete vor putea fi completate f\u0103r\u0103 a se dep\u0103\u0219i termenul de 90 de zile de la data na\u0219terii copilului.<\/li><\/ul><h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Aprobarea_cererii_si_distribuirea_tichetelor_pe_suport_electronic\"><\/span>Approval of application and distribution of vouchers in electronic form<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2><ul><li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Applications and supporting documents will be examined by the persons responsible for reception and verification;<\/span><\/li><li>After verification, the applications will be approved\/rejected by order of the Executive Director of the Social Assistance Department of Targu Mures, approved by the Mayor of Targu Mures;<\/li><li>Dispozi\u021bia de aprobare va fi transmis\u0103 prin po\u0219t\u0103 c\u0103tre beneficiar la adresa de domiciliu;<\/li><li>Beneficiarul va fi contactat telefonic pentru a se prezenta la sediul Direc\u021biei de Asisten\u021b\u0103 Social\u0103 T\u00e2rgu Mure\u0219, cu actele \u00een original pentru a ridica tichetul pe suport electronic;<\/li><li>Dispozi\u021bia de respingere va fi comunicat\u0103 solicitantului, la adresa de domiciliu, \u00een termen de 5 zile de la emitere;<\/li><li>Financial support for newborns <b>in the form of <\/b><b>electronic vouchers <\/b>se acord\u0103 o singur\u0103 dat\u0103 pentru fiecare nou-n\u0103scut, prin \u00eenm\u00e2narea personal\u0103 a tichetelor pe suport electronic \u00een cuantum de 1.500 lei\/nou-n\u0103scut;<\/li><li>Tichetele vor fi distribuite \u00een termen de 60 zile de la depunerea cererii;<\/li><li>Once the e-vouchers have been issued, applicants will also receive a list of partner shops of the e-voucher issuing unit;<\/li><li>The vouchers can only be used for the purchase of:<ol><li>Food and products\/apparatus intended for the administration of baby food;<\/li><li>Nappies and baby clothing;<\/li><li>Age-specific cosmetics and hygiene products;<\/li><li>Cosmetics and hygiene products needed by parents in raising a child;<\/li><li>Apparatus for monitoring the child's health;<\/li><li>Cot, bedding, pram, swaddling table, etc.<\/li><\/ol><\/li><\/ul><h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Nu_beneficiaza_de_prevederile_prezentei_metodologii_persoanele_care\"><\/span>The provisions of this methodology do not apply to persons who:<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">a) Does not meet the eligibility criteria mentioned above;<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">b) Have submitted an incomplete application or the documents covered by the application are not in time <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">validity;<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">c) Nu au respectat termenul de depunere a cererilor;<\/span><\/p><p>d) Beneficiaz\u0103 de OUG nr. 34\/2024 privind unele m\u0103suri pentru sprijinirea categoriilor de cupluri mam\u0103-nou n\u0103scut defavorizate cu tichete pe suport electronic acordate din fonduri externe nerambursabile pentru nou-n\u0103scu\u021bi.<\/p><p><strong>\u00a0<span style=\"background-color: var(--pcbg-cl);\">LIST OF MERCHANTS ACCEPTING NEWBORN KIT CARDS:\u00a0<\/span><\/strong><\/p><p><a href=\"https:\/\/dastgmures.ro\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/04\/Lista-afiliati-Tg.-Mures-pentru-Sprijin-pentru-nou-nascuti.xlsx\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">List of affiliates Tg.
