These services can take the form of material or financial aid, housing, employment, hot food or basic foodstuffs, which aim to reintegrate people with social problems who are at risk.<\/p><p>An essential role in providing social services is played by actions aimed at preventing and combating risk situations by educating and informing young people, parents and families as a whole.<\/p><p>From a functional perspective, the provision of social assistance services is conceived as a system of specific actions that must ensure the achievement of its major objective of assisting those who, due to economic, physical, psychological or social reasons, are unable to provide for their social needs and develop their own capacities and skills for social integration.<\/p><p>The annual action plan on social services administered and financed from the budget of the Local Council of T\u00e2rgu Mure\u0219 includes:<\/p><ol><li>Chapter I - Data on the administration, establishment and financing of social services;<\/li><li>Chapter II - Planning activities to inform the public about existing social services at local level;<\/li><li>Chapter III -
