ANNOUNCEMENT ON THE BASIS OF LAW NO 350\/2005 ON THE REGIME OF NON-REIMBURSABLE FINANCING<\/strong><\/p>\n

NOTICE OF PARTICIPATION<\/strong><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

General information concerning the contracting authority, in particular name, fiscal code, address, telephone number, fax and\/or e-mail address of the contact person: Social Assistance Department T\u00e2rgu Mure\u0219, fiscal code 39906612, Str. Gh. Doja nr. 9, Mures County, telephone 0365\/430859, extension 135, e-mail: social1@tirgumures.ro<\/a>.<\/p>\n

The Directorate of Social Assistance Targu Mures invites individuals and legal entities without patrimonial purpose, namely associations and foundations established according to the law, which fulfil the conditions provided by Law no. 350\/2005, to submit projects in order to award non-reimbursable funding contracts for the field: social.<\/p>\n

    \n
  1. The procedure applied for the award of contracts for non-reimbursable financing of projects in the social field for the year 2024 is provided for in art. 6 of Law no. 350\/2005 on the regime of non-reimbursable financing from public funds allocated for non-profit activities of general interest.<\/li>\n
  2. Financing source and amount: local budget according to the Decision of the Local Council of T\u00e2rgu Mure\u0219 no. 19\/08.02.2024, 675.000 lei.<\/li>\n
  3. Duration of projects: until 15 December 2024.<\/li>\n
  4. Deadline for submission of project proposals: 26.07.2024, 14:00.<\/li>\n
  5. Acceleration of the selection procedure in accordance with Art. 20 para. 2 of Law no. 350\/2005 on the regime of non-reimbursable financing from public funds allocated for non-profit activities of general interest: the accelerated procedure is used because there are projects that require urgent funding.<\/li>\n
  6. Address where project proposals should be submitted: Municipality of T\u00e2rgu Mure\u0219, str. Gh. Doja, nr. 9, Mures County.<\/li>\n
  7. The application documentation for non-reimbursable funding is available to applicants on the website of the Social Assistance Department of Targu Mures: dastgmures.ro<\/a>.<\/li>\n
  8. The selection and evaluation of the projects in order to obtain the grant will be carried out by the project evaluation and selection committee in the period: 29.07.2024 - 23.08.2024.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
