NOTICE - To the attention of applicants for grants from the local budget under Law no. 34\/1998 for the year 2025<\/strong><\/p>\n

The Directorate of Social Assistance Targu Mures brings to the attention of the associations, foundations and cults recognised in Romania, accredited as social service providers according to the law, that\u00a0the deadline for submission of the grant application documentation from the local budget of T\u00e2rgu Mure\u0219 Municipality for the year 2025 is 30 September 2024, 14:00<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

The selection is based on the provisions of Law no. 34\/1998 on the granting of subsidies to Romanian associations and foundations with legal personality, which establish and manage social welfare units, as amended and supplemented, HG no. 1153\/2001 on the Methodological Norms for the application of Law no. 34\/1998 as amended and supplemented, HCL no. 214\/29.08.2024.<\/p>\n

The grant application documentation shall contain the following:<\/p>\n

    \n
  1. The subsidy application, according to the model provided in Annex no. 1 of GD no. 1153\/2001;<\/li>\n
  2. Last balance sheet registered with the municipal financial administration;<\/li>\n
  3. The trial balance for the month preceding the deadline for submission of documentation;<\/li>\n
  4. Tax certificate (from the Public Finance Administration of Targu Mures and from the Town Hall of Targu Mures);<\/li>\n
  5. Operating licence for the social services for which the subsidy is requested.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    The grant application documentation shall be submitted in a single copy, in a sealed envelope, to the registration office of the Directorate of Social Assistance T\u00e2rgu Mure\u0219, Gh. Doja nr. 9, room 8, ground floor (public opening hours: Monday and Wednesday 08:00- 14:30; Tuesday and Thursday 08:30- 16:00; Friday 08:00-14:00)<\/strong> or electronically in pdf format with electronic signature and compressed in .zip or .rar, to the e-mail address: registratura.das@tirgumures.ro; <\/a>the date of electronic submission of documents must be within the deadline set by the deadline for submission of projects.<\/p>\n
