In the case of pensioners, the amount of the pension for the month of August 2024 is taken into account, according to the provisions of GEO no. 105\/2024. <\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>IMPORTANT!<\/strong> Persons who own buildings or other residential premises outside their place of residence, more than one car\/motorbike less than 10 years old, boats, motorboats, land with an area of more than 1,200 square metres (urban) and 2,500 square metres (rural), bank deposits totalling more than 3 times the average gross salary provided for by the State Social Insurance Act, etc. <strong>I CANNOT BENEFIT from heating aid and energy supplement.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>CERERILE<\/strong> <strong>and supporting documents<\/strong> for the grant of home heating allowance and energy supplement <strong>are DEPOSITED at the \"Mihai Eminescu\" Cultural Centre (Youth House) in T\u00e2rgu Mure\u0219, Nicolae Grigorescu str., no. 19, according to the following schedule:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Monday - Friday: 08:00 - 16:00<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Applications with supporting documents can also be submitted online to the e-mail address: <\/strong><a href=\"mailto:registratura.das@tirgumures.ro\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>registratura.das@tirgumures.ro<\/strong><\/a>. <strong>\u00a0\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>ADDITIONAL INFORMATION<\/strong> can be obtained on landline: 0365\/430859 and mobile: 0725403318, during working hours, i.e. Monday and Wednesday: 07:30 - 15:00, Tuesday and Thursday: 07:30 - 16:30, Friday: 07:30 - 14:30.<\/p>\n<p><strong>The documents required for the grant of the aid may be submitted by 20.11.2024 at the latest, in order to receive this benefit from 01.11.2024, and applications submitted from 21.11.2024 will lead to the grant of the aid from 01.12.2024. <\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>NECESSARY ACTS<\/strong> for the granting of home heating aid and energy supplement:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>A standard application form, accompanied by an affidavit of family composition and income;<\/li>\n<li>Proof of family composition (ID card, identity card, identity card, children's birth certificates, marriage certificate, residence permit or passport) - xerox copy;<\/li>\n<li>Evidence of the income realised by the family members for the month preceding the submission of the application (payslip and other salary entitlements, allowances, incentives, <strong>pension coupon for August 2024<\/strong>, unemployment benefit payment slip, tax assessment decision for the last quarter from the Mures Public Finance Administration, other documents proving the sources of income, as appropriate);<\/li>\n<li>Copy of the contract of sale\/lease contract\/ CF extract for the dwelling (in the case of a lease contract, proof of registration with ANAF must be submitted;
