The insertion incentive, an entitlement granted when parents return to work<\/strong><\/p>\n

In order to support people who benefit from parental leave and allowance, but who wish to return to work before the end of 2 years or 3 years, respectively, according to the provisions of GEO no. 111\/2010, an insertion incentive is granted.<\/p>\n

The insertion incentive is awarded to any of the child's natural parents, to any person to whom the child has been entrusted for adoption or who has adopted the child, to the person who has been appointed the child's guardian, to the professional foster carer, only for their natural or adopted children.<\/p>\n

This entitlement is granted on the basis of an application submitted to the Registrar's Office of the Social Assistance Department of Targu Mures, Gheorghe Doja Street, no. 9, ground floor, room 8, accompanied by supporting documents, which will be forwarded to the Mures County Agency for Payments and Social Inspection (AJPIS), in order to determine or, as the case may be, reject the application and make the payment.<\/p>\n

Persons who, during the period in which they are entitled to parental leave, earn taxable income are entitled to an insertion incentive as follows:<\/p>\n
