NOTICE OF PARTICIPATION<\/strong><\/p>\n

ON THE BASIS OF LAW NO 350\/2005 ON THE SYSTEM OF NON-REIMBURSABLE FINANCING<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n

The Directorate of Social Assistance T\u00e2rgu Mure\u0219 invites natural and legal persons without patrimonial purpose, respectively associations and foundations established according to the law, which meet the conditions provided for by Law no. 350\/2005, to submit offers for the award of non-reimbursable financing contracts for the field: social.<\/p>\n

    \n
  1. The procedure applied for awarding grant contracts for projects for the year 2023 is provided for in Article 6 of Law no. 350\/2005 on the regime of grants from public funds allocated for non-profit activities of general interest.<\/li>\n
  2. Funding source and amount: local budget, 1.300.000 lei.<\/li>\n
  3. Duration of projects: Until 15 December 2023.<\/li>\n
  4. Deadline for submission of project proposals: 31.05.2023, 15.00. According to Law 350\/2005, art. 20 para. 2, the fast-track procedure is used, as these are projects requiring urgent funding.<\/li>\n
  5. Address to which proposals must be submitted: Municipality of T\u00e2rgu Mure\u0219, Gh. Doja, nr. 9, Mures county.<\/li>\n
  6. The application documentation for non-reimbursable funding is available to applicants on the website of the Social Assistance Department of Targu Mures: dastgmures.ro.\u00a0<\/a><\/li>\n
  7. The selection and evaluation of projects for non-reimbursable funding will be carried out by the project evaluation and selection committee during the period: 06.06.2023-28.06.2023.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
