NOTICE - To the attention of applicants for grants from the local budget under Law No 34\/1998 for the year 2024<\/strong><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

The Social Assistance Department of Targu Mures informs the associations, foundations and cults recognized in Romania, accredited as social service providers according to the law, that,\u00a0the deadline for submitting the application for the grant from the local budget of the municipality of Targu Mures for the year 2024 is 29 September 2023, 12:00 noon<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

The selection is based on the provisions of Law no. 34\/1998 on the granting of subsidies to Romanian associations and foundations with legal personality, which establish and manage social assistance units, with subsequent amendments and additions, of GD no. 1153\/2001 on the Methodological Norms for the application of Law no. 34\/1998 with subsequent amendments and additions, of HCL no. 296\/31.08.2023 and HCL no. 298\/31.08.2023.<\/p>\n

The grant application documentation shall contain the following:<\/p>\n

    \n
  1. the grant application form, in accordance with the model set out in Annex No 1 to GD No 1153\/2001;<\/li>\n
  2. the last balance sheet registered with the municipal financial administration;<\/li>\n
  3. the trial balance for the month preceding the deadline for submission of documentation;<\/li>\n
  4. tax certificate issued by the local and central tax authorities showing that the applicant has no outstanding debts (Public Finance Administration T\u00e2rgu Mure\u0219 and City Hall of T\u00e2rgu Mure\u0219);<\/li>\n
  5. the operating licence for the social services for which the subsidy is requested.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    The above documents must be presented in original, in addition to the operating licence.<\/p>\n

    The application for funding must be submitted in a single copy, in a closed envelope, to the Social Assistance Department of Targu Mures, Gheorghe Doja Street no. 9, room 8, ground floor (working hours with the public: Monday-Friday 08:00-12:00, Tuesday and Thursday 14:00-16:00). <\/strong>or electronically<\/strong> in pdf. format with electronic signature and compressed in .zip or .rar, to the e-mail address: registratura.das@tirgumures.ro<\/a>. The date of electronic submission of the documents must coincide with the deadline for submission of the local budget grant application documents, i.e. 29 September 2023, 12:00 noon.<\/p>\n
