Ezek a szolg\u00e1ltat\u00e1sok anyagi vagy p\u00e9nz\u00fcgyi seg\u00edts\u00e9g, lakhat\u00e1s, foglalkoztat\u00e1s, meleg \u00e9tel vagy alapvet\u0151 \u00e9lelmiszerek form\u00e1j\u00e1ban val\u00f3sulhatnak meg, amelyek c\u00e9lja a szoci\u00e1lis probl\u00e9m\u00e1kkal k\u00fczd\u0151, vesz\u00e9lyeztetett emberek reintegr\u00e1ci\u00f3ja.<\/p><p>A szoci\u00e1lis szolg\u00e1ltat\u00e1sok ny\u00fajt\u00e1s\u00e1nak folyamat\u00e1ban fontos szerepet j\u00e1tszanak azok az int\u00e9zked\u00e9sek, amelyek a fiatalok, a sz\u00fcl\u0151k \u00e9s a csal\u00e1dok eg\u00e9sz\u00e9nek oktat\u00e1s\u00e1val \u00e9s t\u00e1j\u00e9koztat\u00e1s\u00e1val a kock\u00e1zati helyzetek megel\u0151z\u00e9s\u00e9re \u00e9s lek\u00fczd\u00e9s\u00e9re ir\u00e1nyulnak.<\/p><p>Funkcion\u00e1lis szempontb\u00f3l a szoci\u00e1lis seg\u00edts\u00e9gny\u00fajt\u00e1si szolg\u00e1ltat\u00e1sok ny\u00fajt\u00e1sa olyan konkr\u00e9t int\u00e9zked\u00e9sek rendszerek\u00e9nt foghat\u00f3 fel, amelyeknek biztos\u00edtaniuk kell a f\u0151 c\u00e9l el\u00e9r\u00e9s\u00e9t, azaz azoknak a szem\u00e9lyeknek a t\u00e1mogat\u00e1s\u00e1t, akik gazdas\u00e1gi, fizikai, pszichol\u00f3giai vagy szoci\u00e1lis okokb\u00f3l nem k\u00e9pesek szoci\u00e1lis sz\u00fcks\u00e9gleteik kiel\u00e9g\u00edt\u00e9s\u00e9re, hogy saj\u00e1t k\u00e9pess\u00e9geiket \u00e9s k\u00e9szs\u00e9geiket fejleszthess\u00e9k a t\u00e1rsadalmi beilleszked\u00e9s \u00e9rdek\u00e9ben.<\/p><p>A Marosv\u00e1s\u00e1rhelyi Helyi Tan\u00e1cs k\u00f6lts\u00e9gvet\u00e9s\u00e9b\u0151l kezelt \u00e9s finansz\u00edrozott szoci\u00e1lis szolg\u00e1ltat\u00e1sokra vonatkoz\u00f3 \u00e9ves cselekv\u00e9si terv a k\u00f6vetkez\u0151ket tartalmazza:<\/p><p>1.I. fejezet - A szoci\u00e1lis szolg\u00e1ltat\u00e1sok igazgat\u00e1s\u00e1ra, l\u00e9trehoz\u00e1s\u00e1ra \u00e9s finansz\u00edroz\u00e1s\u00e1ra vonatkoz\u00f3 adatok;<\/p><p>2.
