m\u00e1sodlagos jogszab\u00e1lyok;<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">A Munka\u00fcgyi \u00e9s Szoci\u00e1lis Igazs\u00e1g\u00fcgyi Miniszt\u00e9rium 27\/2019. sz\u00e1m\u00fa rendelete a gyermekek sz\u00e1m\u00e1ra ny\u00fajtott nappali szoci\u00e1lis szolg\u00e1ltat\u00e1sok minim\u00e1lis min\u0151s\u00e9gi k\u00f6vetelm\u00e9nyeinek j\u00f3v\u00e1hagy\u00e1s\u00e1r\u00f3l.<\/span><\/li><\/ul><h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" az \u00f6nrendelkez\u00e9s, az auton\u00f3mia \u00e9s a szem\u00e9lyes m\u00e9lt\u00f3s\u00e1g tekintet\u00e9ben, valamint megk\u00fcl\u00f6nb\u00f6ztet\u00e9smentes \u00e9s pozit\u00edv int\u00e9zked\u00e9sek meghozatala a kedvezm\u00e9nyezettek tekintet\u00e9ben;<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">A kedvezm\u00e9nyezettek vissza\u00e9l\u00e9sekkel \u00e9s kizs\u00e1km\u00e1nyol\u00e1ssal szembeni v\u00e9delm\u00e9nek biztos\u00edt\u00e1sa;<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Nyitotts\u00e1g a k\u00f6z\u00f6ss\u00e9g fel\u00e9;<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">A
