A DAS T\u00e2rgu Mure\u0219 szoci\u00e1lis utalv\u00e1nyokat ad az \u00f3vod\u00e1k sz\u00e1m\u00e1ra<\/strong><\/p>\n

A marosv\u00e1s\u00e1rhelyi Szoci\u00e1lis Seg\u00e9lyek Igazgat\u00f3s\u00e1ga (DAS) \u00f6szt\u00f6nzi a h\u00e1tr\u00e1nyos helyzet\u0171 csal\u00e1dokb\u00f3l sz\u00e1rmaz\u00f3 gyermekek \u00f3vodai oktat\u00e1sban val\u00f3 r\u00e9szv\u00e9tel\u00e9t, \u00e9s c\u00e9lja, hogy n\u00f6velje az oktat\u00e1shoz val\u00f3 hozz\u00e1f\u00e9r\u00e9s\u00fcket, mind a nemzeti szoci\u00e1lpolitik\u00e1k v\u00e9grehajt\u00e1sa, mind saj\u00e1t programjai r\u00e9v\u00e9n.<\/p>\n

A 248\/2015. sz. t\u00f6rv\u00e9ny \u00e9rtelm\u00e9ben az \u00f3vodai nevel\u00e9si k\u00f6zpontba beiratkozott gyermekek szoci\u00e1lis utalv\u00e1ny form\u00e1j\u00e1ban oktat\u00e1si \u00f6szt\u00f6nz\u0151t kapnak. Ezek kiz\u00e1r\u00f3lag \u00e9lelmiszer \u00e9s higi\u00e9niai term\u00e9kek, ruh\u00e1zat, l\u00e1bbeli \u00e9s iskolai felszerel\u00e9sek v\u00e1s\u00e1rl\u00e1s\u00e1ra haszn\u00e1lhat\u00f3k fel, 133 lej\/h\u00f3 n\u00e9v\u00e9rt\u00e9kben. Ehhez a szoci\u00e1lis juttat\u00e1shoz a csal\u00e1dtagonk\u00e9nti havi j\u00f6vedelem nem haladhatja meg a 880 lejt szem\u00e9lyenk\u00e9nt.<\/p>\n

HOGY ELISMERJ\u00c9K!<\/strong><\/p>\n

Az \u00f3vodai szoci\u00e1lis utalv\u00e1nyok felt\u00e9tele a gyermek napi \u00f3vod\u00e1ba j\u00e1r\u00e1sa. A t\u00f6rv\u00e9ny csak orvosi okokb\u00f3l, indokl\u00e1ssal \u00e9s elt\u00e1voz\u00e1ssal t\u00f6rt\u00e9n\u0151 hi\u00e1nyz\u00e1st enged\u00e9lyez, felt\u00e9ve, hogy a pedag\u00f3gusokat \u00e9rtes\u00edtik.<\/p>\n

A 2023-2024-es tan\u00e9vben \u00f6sszesen 614 \u00f3vodai utalv\u00e1nyt osztottak ki a marosv\u00e1s\u00e1rhelyi szoci\u00e1lis seg\u00e9lyez\u00e9si oszt\u00e1lyon kereszt\u00fcl.<\/p>\n

Az oktat\u00e1si \u00f6szt\u00f6nz\u0151t csak a tanfolyamok id\u0151tartam\u00e1ra ny\u00fajtj\u00e1k, \u00e9s azt az \u00e1llami k\u00f6lts\u00e9gvet\u00e9sb\u0151l finansz\u00edrozz\u00e1k. A t\u00f6rv\u00e9ny szerint \u00e9rt\u00e9k\u00e9t nem veszik figyelembe a szoci\u00e1lis seg\u00e9lyek ny\u00fajt\u00e1s\u00e1nak alapj\u00e1ul szolg\u00e1l\u00f3 j\u00f6vedelem meghat\u00e1roz\u00e1sakor.<\/p>\n
