Ennek \u00e9rdek\u00e9ben az \u00e1llamnak olyan k\u00f6z\u00f6ss\u00e9gi szolg\u00e1ltat\u00e1sokat kell ny\u00fajtania \u00e9s\/vagy t\u00e1mogatnia, amelyeket \u00fagy terveztek, hogy megfeleljenek minden egyes fogyat\u00e9koss\u00e1ggal \u00e9l\u0151 szem\u00e9ly egyedi sz\u00fcks\u00e9gleteinek \u00e9s k\u00e9pess\u00e9geinek.<\/p>\n<p>Az akad\u00e1lymentes\u00edt\u00e9s a fogyat\u00e9kkal \u00e9l\u0151k teljes k\u00f6r\u0171 t\u00e1rsadalmi r\u00e9szv\u00e9tel\u00e9nek alapja. A hozz\u00e1f\u00e9r\u00e9shez val\u00f3 jog biztos\u00edt\u00e1s\u00e1nak fontoss\u00e1g\u00e1n t\u00falmen\u0151en annak gyakorlati megval\u00f3s\u00edt\u00e1sa az \u00e9let minden ter\u00fclet\u00e9n -
