A Marosv\u00e1s\u00e1rhelyi \u00d6nkorm\u00e1nyzat marginaliz\u00e1lt ter\u00fcletein \u00e9l\u0151 emberek t\u00e1rsadalmi integr\u00e1ci\u00f3ja, amely az e k\u00f6z\u00f6ss\u00e9gek sz\u00e1m\u00e1ra ny\u00fajtott kiemelt beavatkoz\u00e1s r\u00e9v\u00e9n val\u00f3sul meg, a \"A szeg\u00e9nys\u00e9g \u00e9s a t\u00e1rsadalmi kirekeszt\u00e9s integr\u00e1lt megk\u00f6zel\u00edt\u00e9se a Marosv\u00e1s\u00e1rhelyi \u00d6nkorm\u00e1nyzat marginaliz\u00e1lt k\u00f6z\u00f6ss\u00e9geinek jav\u00e1ra\" c\u00edm\u0171 projekt egyik c\u00e9lkit\u0171z\u00e9se - amelyet az Eur\u00f3pai Szoci\u00e1lis Alap t\u00e1rsfinansz\u00edrozott a 2014-2020-as Hum\u00e1nt\u0151ke Operat\u00edv Programon (POCU) kereszt\u00fcl\".<\/p>\n

Ebben a tekintetben, ezekben a napokban fejez\u0151d\u00f6tt be az ingyenes tanfolyam kereskedelmi dolgoz\u00f3, amely r\u00e9szt vett 14 ember a h\u00e1tr\u00e1nyos helyzet\u0171 ter\u00fcleteken a telep\u00fcl\u00e9sen, a sikeres \u00e1tmen\u00e9si ar\u00e1ny 100% tan\u00fas\u00edt\u00f3 vizsga.<\/p>\n

A projekt kezdete \u00f3ta a mai napig 23 ingyenes k\u00e9pz\u00e9st szerveztek. Ezek k\u00f6z\u00fcl 22 m\u00e1r befejez\u0151d\u00f6tt, \u00edgy \u00f6sszesen 237 marosv\u00e1s\u00e1rhelyi marginaliz\u00e1lt t\u00e9rs\u00e9gb\u0151l sz\u00e1rmaz\u00f3 szem\u00e9ly szerzett k\u00e9pes\u00edt\u00e9si bizony\u00edtv\u00e1nyt. A tanfolyamok a v\u00e1llalkoz\u00f3i k\u00e9szs\u00e9gek (6 tanfolyam), a z\u00f6ldter\u00fclet gondoz\u00f3ja (1 tanfolyam), a kereskedelmi dolgoz\u00f3 (1 tanfolyam) \u00e9s a takar\u00edt\u00f3n\u0151 (13 tanfolyam) szakk\u00e9pes\u00edt\u00e9seket foglalt\u00e1k magukban.<\/p>\n

A k\u00f6vetkez\u0151 id\u0151szakban, szint\u00e9n a fent eml\u00edtett projekt keret\u00e9ben, 26 kedvezm\u00e9nyezett r\u00e9szv\u00e9tel\u00e9vel egy \u00faj kereskedelmi szakmunk\u00e1sk\u00e9pz\u0151 tanfolyam indul.<\/p>\n

Ugyanakkor ebben az id\u0151szakban a K\u00f6z\u00f6ss\u00e9gi Szoci\u00e1lis Seg\u00edt\u0151 Szolg\u00e1laton kereszt\u00fcl t\u00e1j\u00e9koztat\u00e1st ny\u00fajtottak a c\u00e9lcsoport valamennyi azonos\u00edtott sz\u00fcks\u00e9glet\u00e9hez igazod\u00f3 integr\u00e1lt szoci\u00e1lis szolg\u00e1ltat\u00e1sok ny\u00fajt\u00e1s\u00e1r\u00f3l, a szoci\u00e1lis, eg\u00e9szs\u00e9g\u00fcgyi vagy oktat\u00e1si, foglalkoztat\u00e1si, lakhat\u00e1si, szem\u00e9lyazonos\u00edt\u00f3 okm\u00e1nyokhoz val\u00f3 hozz\u00e1f\u00e9r\u00e9si, iskolai lemorzsol\u00f3d\u00e1s megel\u0151z\u00e9si \u00e9s lek\u00fczd\u00e9si, valamint a munkaer\u0151piacra val\u00f3 bejut\u00e1si \u00e9s ottmarad\u00e1si t\u00e1mogat\u00e1ssal kapcsolatos sz\u00fcks\u00e9gletekr\u0151l, amelyek mindegyike a h\u00e1tr\u00e1nyos helyzet\u0171 k\u00f6z\u00f6ss\u00e9g sz\u00e1m\u00e1ra ny\u00fajtott integr\u00e1lt t\u00e1mogat\u00e1si int\u00e9zked\u00e9scsomagban val\u00f3sult meg, a szeg\u00e9nys\u00e9g \u00e9s a t\u00e1rsadalmi kirekeszt\u00e9s kock\u00e1zat\u00e1nak kitett szem\u00e9lyek sz\u00e1m\u00e1nak cs\u00f6kkent\u00e9se \u00e9s a kiszolg\u00e1ltatott helyzet lek\u00fczd\u00e9se \u00e9rdek\u00e9ben.<\/p>\n
