Concerning energy cards distributed under GEO No 166/2022
People from Târgu Mureș Municipality who belong to the categories of beneficiaries of the energy card and who have been notified by the National Company of Romanian Post that they exceed the ceiling of 2000 lei/member/place of consumption, being taken into account also the incomes of some roommates who are only listed in the address of residence, can ask the Social Welfare Department of Târgu Mureș to carry out a social survey to establish the number and the persons actually living at the place of consumption.
In order to support potential beneficiaries and not to delay the process of granting energy cards, we ask citizens to contact the Directorate of Social Assistance only in the situation described above.
IMPORTANT!
The request for a social survey must be accompanied by:
- INFORMATION received by the beneficiary from the Romanian National Post Company;
- A copy of your identity card;
- Certificate from the Homeowners' Association showing the number of people living at the place of consumption (for people living in a block of flats);
- Affidavit on the number of persons actually living at the address of the place of consumption (for people living at home).
Any other requests can NOT be dealt with by the Social Assistance Department of Târgu Mureș and may lead to delays in accessing the card, if the beneficiary is entitled!
Romanian Post provides the public with the call center number 0319966, a number that can be called to get any answer related to the energy card. The number is available Monday to Friday from 08:00-20:00.
