Financial education and professional integration programme for vulnerable groups in Târgu Mureș
Through a cooperation protocol, the Târgu Mureș Social Assistance Department together with the Association "The Social Incubator" runs the financial education and professional integration programme "The Invisibles", which aims to counteract the effects caused by social exclusion and financial exclusion affecting vulnerable groups in the municipality, namely single-parent families.
This will give people from marginalised areas access to resources and learning experiences tailored to their needs. All this to facilitate social and labour market integration for a better future and financial independence.
This will be done by asking for an individualized process for each category of beneficiaries in 3 directions, namely: an information and awareness campaign, non-formal/informal education and personal and professional development.
Among the planned activities is an information and awareness campaign, together with online and offline workshops aimed at facilitating financial and social inclusion, 2 of the workshops will take place at the "Rozmarin" Day Centre of the Târgu Mureș Social Assistance Department (29 Ludușului Street) with the participation of 20-21 people (41 beneficiaries in total). In addition to this, emotion management and change management. Also within the framework of this project, those involved also benefit from support in drawing up their CV, learning how to prepare for the interview and the probation period. In addition, users of the "Invisible" platform will have access to vocational and aptitude tests, designed to give them access to learning resources tailored to their needs and inclinations. The financial education and professional integration programme "Invizibilii" will run in the Municipality of Targu Mures until December 2023.
