Important! Distribution locations for the "Application - Affidavit" forms for the home heating allowance and energy supplement
Starting from 17.10.2022, the Social Assistance Department of Targu Mures distributes the printed forms (Application - affidavit) necessary for the granting of aid for home heating, cold season 2022 -2023, and for the energy supplement.
The forms can be picked up at the Social Assistance Department of Targu Mures, Gheorghe Doja Street, no. 9, Room 8 (Registration).Monday to Friday from 08:00 to 12:00.

The heating aid and the energy supplement are granted on the basis of the average monthly net income per household member or single person. The average net monthly income up to which the heating aid is granted is 1.386 lei/personin the case of the family, and 2,053 lei for a single person.
The amount of the heating allowance, depending on the heating system used in relation to income, is:
- Between 25 lei - 250 lei for vulnerable consumers who use natural gas for heating their homes;
- Between 50 lei - 500 lei for vulnerable consumers using electricity for heating their homes;
- Between 32 lei - 320 lei for vulnerable consumers who use solid and/or oil fuels to heat their homes.
The amount of the energy supplement, depending on the heating system used in relation to income, is:
- a) 30 lei/month for electricity consumption;
- b) 10 lei/month for natural gas consumption;
- c) 10 lei/month for heat consumption;
- d) 20 lei/month for the consumption of solid and/or petroleum fuels.
The heating aid is granted for the period 01.11.2022-31.03.2023 and the energy supplement for the whole year.
Recall that, Applications - affidavit for the grant of home heating aid and energy supplement will be accepted from 1 November 2022 at the "Mihai Eminescu" Cultural Centre Târgu Mureș (Casa Tineretului), 19 Nicolae Grigorescu Street, from Monday to Friday between 08:00 and 16:00.
