NOTICE/INVITATION TO PARTICIPATE
To the attention of interested economic operators
Târgu Mureș Social Assistance Department, with registered office in Târgu Mureș, Gheorghe Doja Street no. 9, postal code 540015, as contracting authority, announces to interested economic operators that it intends to purchase services for "Children's Food Day Centre" for Activity A3- Supporting the development/provision of social, medical and socio-medical services within the Multifunctional Centre, Sub-activity A3.4 Provision of social services within the Day Centre for minors within the project "Integrated approach to poverty and social exclusion for the benefit of marginalized communities in Tirgu Mures Municipality "SMIS Code 2014+152430, co-funded by the Human Capital Operational Programme (POCU) 2014-2020", services provided for in Annex 2 to Law No 98/2016 on Public Procurement, which pursuant to Art. 68 para. (1) letter h) is purchased through the tendering procedure applicable to social services and other specific services, i.e. the own tender selection procedure to be carried out offline.

Total estimated value: 191.889,91 lei excluding VAT.
The contracting authority invites interested economic operators to submit a tender for the procurement of services for "Children's Food Day Centre", at the Social Welfare Department of Târgu Mureș, Gheorghe Doja Street no. 9, room 8 - Registration Office (working hours: Monday - Friday 8:00-12:00, Tuesday and Thursday 14:00-16:00) in a sealed envelope or by e-mail to: registratura.das@tirgumures.ro, by 30.01.2023 at 15:00, according to the Tender Documentation.
