NOTICE/INVITATION TO PARTICIPATE
To the attention of interested economic operators
Târgu Mureș Social Assistance Department, with registered office in Târgu Mureș, Gheorghe Doja Street no. 9, postal code 540015, as contracting authority, hereby announces to interested economic operators that it intends to purchase "Servicii de cantină socială”, cod CPV 55510000-8 Servicii de cantină, prevăzute în Anexa 2 la Legea nr. 98/2016 privind achizițiile publice, în temeiul art. 68 alin. (1) lit. h) și art. 111 alin. (1) din Legea nr. 98/2016 privind achizițiile publice, cu modificările și completările ulterioare, prin Procedura proprie de tip selecție de oferte care se va desfășura offline.
Estimated minimum value: 99.308,00 lei
Estimated maximum value: 350.108,00 lei
Award criteria: best value for money
The contracting authority invites interested economic operators to submit a tender for the purchase of "Social canteen services", to the Social Welfare Department of Târgu Mureș, Gheorghe Doja Street no. 9, room 8 - Registry Office, in a sealed and stamped envelope, on which will be written:"Offer for Canteen Servicesă social", or by e-mail to: registratura.das@tirgumures.ro, până la data de 24.10.2025 ora 14:00.
Interested economic operators are requested to submit their tenders on the basis of the Tender Documentation which can be accessed and downloaded from the websites: https://dastgmures.ro/, https://e-licitatie.ro/pub/adv-notices/list/1 or www.tirgumures.ro which includes:
- Instructions for tenderers;
- Specifications;
- Form;
- Draft Framework Agreement and Subsequent Contract - including minimum binding clauses.
