582 families from Târgu Mureș received financial support for newborns in 2022
The Local Council of Târgu Mureș, through the Social Assistance Department, continues in 2023 to provide financial support of 1,000 lei for newborn children in Târgu Mureș.
The granting of this support has been approved under HCL no. 228/2022 on the granting of financial support for newborns in Târgu Mureș, in the form of electronic vouchers in the total amount of 1,000 lei / newborn.
Thus, from 2019 to date, a total of 1852 families in the municipality have been declared eligible for the payment of financial support through the Social Assistance Department of Targu Mures: 2019 - 289 families, 2020 - 499 families, 2021 - 482 families and 2022 - 582 families.
Recall that, the deadline for submitting applications is 60 calendar days from the date of the child's birth.
Documents required:
- Standard application;
- Parents' identity papers (original and copy) or the parent in case of single parent family;
- Child's birth certificate (original and copy);
- Other, as appropriate.
In order to benefit from financial support for newborns in the form of electronic vouchers, the following conditions must be met:
- Parents/parents of the newborn child/children with residence of both parents or of the parent in case of single parent family in the municipality of Târgu Mureș;
- Parents/parents of the newborn child/children with residence of both parents or of the parent, in case of single parent family in Târgu Mureș municipality, at least 6 months before the child's birth.
The application, completed by one of the child's parents, accompanied by supporting documents, must be submitted to the Social Assistance Department of Targu Mures, 9 Gheorghe Doja Street, room 8, Registration (schedule: Monday-Friday 08:00-12:00, Tuesday and Thursday from 14:00-16:00) or electronically to the e-mail address: registratura.das@tirgumures.ro.
