DAS Targu Mures issues documents and information of public interest in electronic format
The Directorate of Social Assistance (DAS) Târgu Mureș offers citizens the possibility to use several communication channels to request the issuance of documents or information of public interest.
Using the information and forms uploaded to the institution's website www.dastgmures.ro, the completed application and the necessary documents can be sent either via the petition form on the website (Contact section) or via the e-mail: registratura.das@tirgumures.ro.
Following the digitisation of the Directorate's work, citizens can submit online, via ConectX digital ecosystem, the documents necessary to acquire social assistance benefits and services or to obtain the information they need from the Social Assistance Department of Targu Mures. To do this, you need to create an account on the ConectX platform by accessing the link from your browser www.conectx.net - Registration section. The system can be accessed from any electronic device (phone, tablet, laptop, PC, etc.).
The possibility to submit documents in physical format at the Registry Office, room 8 ground floor, Gheorghe Doja Street, nr. 9 in the time slot:
- Monday and Wednesday: 08:00 - 14:30;
- Tuesdays and Thursdays: 08:00 - 16:00;
- Friday: 08:00 - 14:00.
Also, in order to facilitate citizens' access to the information and services offered by the institution, DAS Târgu Mureș also has an account on WhatsApp. Here, citizens will be able to get in touch with the Directorate via this quick and easy-to-use messaging app on the phone number: 0725403315.
