"Friends of the immune system" at the "Rosemary" Day Centre
The Association for Health, Education and Family in collaboration with Integritas International High School presented on Tuesday, 25.04.2023, a health program at the "Rosemary" Day Center. Organized in the form of a seminar entitled "Friends of the immune system", the activity aimed to educate and motivate children to develop a healthy lifestyle.
On this occasion, students learned interesting things about the unwelcome guests against which the immune system fights, but also about the friends of the immune system, namely: healthy nutrition, water, sunlight, exercise, air, rest, balance, a cheerful and benevolent heart.
Travelling through the universe of the human body and having as allies the friends of the immune system, the children of the Rosemary Day Centre are now ready to face any "foreign invader".
The activity was supported by 2 volunteers from Integritas International High School together with the Program Coordinator - Mihai Goran.
