Mini-football championship with over 180 young athletes from vulnerable communities of Mures County!

There was a big buzz today at the football fields of the "Muresul" ("Weekend") Leisure and Sports Complex, where more than 180 children showed off their talents and skills in a mini football championship. For some it was their first time on such a football pitch, but it was well worth the experience!

The children from marginalized communities in Tarnaveni, Daneș, Ormeniș, Zagăr and Băgaciu were joined by children from the "Rozmarin" Day Centre.

And at the end, everyone was awarded, followed by a well-deserved lunch and a visit to the Zoo!

The action is part of the project "Educating the present, preparing the future" and was organised by Buckner Foundation Romania!
