DAS Târgu Mureș is digitising all the services it offers.
In parallel with the dedicated platform, the physical format will also operate
The Directorate of Social Assistance (DAS) Târgu Mureș announces the start of the digitization of all public services it offers to citizens, through the project "Strategic planning and simplification measures for citizens in the Municipality of Târgu Mureș" - SIPOCA/MySMIS code no. 824/136243.
The implementation of this project will mean a reduction in the time it takes to submit and issue documents, but also the elimination of the trips that the beneficiaries of the services offered by the institution have to make to submit and obtain documents or information. Also, citizens who choose this option for submitting documents and communicating with the institution will always have information on the status of their file or work.
Thus, through the ConectX digital ecosystem, citizens can submit online the documents needed to acquire social assistance benefits and services or to obtain the information they need from the Social Assistance Department of Targu Mures.
The system can be accessed from any electronic device (phone, tablet, laptop, PC, etc.), requiring the creation of an account in the ConectX platform, by accessing the browser link www.conectx.net - Registration section.
Citizens who are not able to access the dedicated platform can, as before, send their requests to the e-mail address email@example.com or they can physically present themselves at the Directorate's Registrar's Office in order to register the files concerning the granting of social assistance benefits and services.
To facilitate citizens' access to the information and services offered by the institution, DAS Targu Mures has also created a WhatsApp account. Thus, in addition to the e-mail address firstname.lastname@example.org, official website www.dastgmures.ro and Facebook page https://www.facebook.com/DASTarguMures/, citizens of Târgu Mureș will also be able to contact the Directorate via this quick and easy-to-use messaging application at 0725403315. Please note that the landline number 0365/430859 remains available. Both are available during the Directorate's new opening hours.
From 2 October 2023, the new working timetable, in which citizens can apply to the institution and submit documents physically at the Registrar's Office of the Social Assistance Department of Targu Mures located at Gheorghe Doja Street no. 9, is as follows:
- Monday and Wednesday: 08:00 - 14:30;
- Tuesdays and Thursdays: 08:00 - 16:00;
- Friday: 08:00 - 14:00.
DAS Targu Mures encourages citizens to use all electronic means of communication available to them in their interaction with the institution, in order to obtain as easily as possible all the information, documents, benefits and services they need.
